The Beechworth Chinese Gardens are located on Albert Road (the extension of Camp Street) as a memorial to Beechworth's chinese heritage and the nearly 5000 miners that worked the Beechworth goldfields. The gardens are free to visit and are an ever evolving project between the Beechworth Chinese Cultural Centre, Indigo Shire Council and the Lake Sambell Management Committee.
The garden's design and layout adopts the principles of Feng Shui to blend in harmoniously with the surrounds. The gardens are open 7 days a week.
