phones, queen size beds, clock radio, refrigerator, electric
blankets, tea and coffee making facilities, heating and airconditioning
and private facilities (hairdryer included). Enjoy the luxury
of an inground solar heated salt water swimming pool and indoor
sauna for relaxation at days end. Room service breakfast. Off
street parking.
After
an exciting day in this lovely township nestled in the foothills
of the Australian Alps, indulge yourself by eating at one of
Beechworth's many fine dining establishments, an easy stroll
from the Armour Motor Inn (built on the site of a blacksmith
shop where part of Ned Kelly's armour was supposedly made).
The
motel is 130m S.E. of Beechworth Post Office (centrally located
in the main shopping area of Ford & Camp Streets) between
the Nicholas Hotel and Spring Creek, thus being a short walk
from shops, local historic attractions and restaurants, hotels
and take-away eating places. It is a two storey building and
has twenty (20) rooms in the following configuration:
UPSTAIRS (12 rooms) Total sleeping capacity = 31 persons
• 7 rooms each contain a queen size bed and one single bed
• 5 rooms contain queen size bed only
The upstairs rooms all have balconys, six face Camp Street and overlook
the front garden, roadway and township and the rear six units have views
overlooking the natural bush setting carpark and further outward to Spring
Creek and surrounds.
DOWNSTAIRS
(8 rooms) Total sleeping capacity = 31 persons.
• 2 rooms contain queen size bed only
• 3 family rooms which sleep 4 persons contain a queen size bed and two
single beds (large L-shaped configuration).
• 3 family rooms, which sleep 5 persons, contain a double bed and one single
bed in the main room, and two single beds in a separate room.
The four ground floor rear units have access to the carpark and the front
four units access the front garden. The family rooms can be shared or
alternatively adapted to suit twin, double or single room requirements.
The carpark is behind the building.
All the units and family rooms are tastefully decorated and have a pleasant
outlook.
Reception is open between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 9.00 p.m. Monday
to Sunday. Should guests be arriving
after 9.00 p.m. a telephone call would be appreciated as we would then
make alternative arrangements for collection of key.

HERE
Victoria's
